The stay with Pedro was great! The chalet with some camping vibe is a spacious apartment with everything you need: large living room with fully equipped living-kitchen, large bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The bathroom smelled a little unpleasant in places, so you'd better keep the door closed to the living room, but with scent freshener and open window it was okay. From the terrace you also have a view of the Pena Palace, which is 20 minutes away. Unfortunately the weather was not so good, so we did not use the associated pool area. The communication went great and there was a folder with local tips in the accommodation. Particularly interesting was the possibility to control the driveway gate via your own phone and thus always be able to enter and exit comfortably. ✌🏼 We would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in a quiet corner near Sintra - close to Praia Grande (3 minutes by car 🚗)

This guesthouse is almost insanely good value. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and there is a splendid restaurant, bar, AND bakery all within walking distance. Alberto even helped us get our car going again, since it's been a while since we drove stick and we couldn't find "reverse" to get us turned around! Our only regret is that we just stayed two nights and couldn't take more advantage of the lovely common area. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Rick was an amazing host and even greeted us as we arrived to help us learn a few of the appliances and talk to us about local shops/restaurants to go.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, - close to everything yet peaceful. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing clear and detailed instructions on the operation of everything from the shower to the microwave. It all went to make our checkin and stay seamless.
