Good transport to St. Ives and Carbis bay. Nice local restaurants and Hayle beach nearby has a nice bar/restaurant. Place was clean and tidy with a useful guide.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Gary’s house!! Gary was a wonderful host friendly, and gave us lots of information in a timely manner which helped make us stay a lot easier, would definitely return!!

Had a friendly welcome from Carol and Morris who showed me round and how to operate heating etc. It was great to know that they were just next door if I needed anything. The courtyard studio was ideal for me for 11 nights. It was warm, comfortable with everything you would need for a stay short or long. I was on my own but it would be great for a couple too, plenty of room. Very comfy bed. I slept really well. it was so quiet but near transport and a good range of shops. Ideal location for travelling to and from other places st Ives for example. Very good value for money and I would certainly book again.

We have stayed in Nikki's place a couple of times now. It is a studio next to a real barbershop it has all the facilities you would need and is very comfortable. It has a keycode entrance and Nikki is responsive. Overall excellent and we enjoyed our stay.
