Duomo, Fondazione Prada, Bocconi, Università Statale, Olympic village, Porta Romana can be reached by tram in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and all services are under the house: food, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

At night this area transforms in one of the trendiest in Milan, with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Be aware that since the apartment is in a liberty building from 1924 there is no elevator.

Cozy apartment for 4 people located in Lacchiarella, village of the park south Milan with excellent services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The cities of Milan and Pavia are exactly 15 km away. A few minutes by car you can reach the Humanitas Institute, Ieo- Istituto dei tumori , Forum e metro di Assago, the beautiful Certosa di Pavia, the golf course of Tolcinasco, the outlet "Scalo Milano" and the main ring roads and highways.

Lovely country villa in Bereguardo, located about 1 km from the center of the village in a green and quiet area, within the Ticino Lombard Park. Guests have access to the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. Suitable for families and friends, accommodates up to 5 people. Outside: swimming pool, garden and barbecue. 3 Bicycles available free of charge. The owners have 2 dogs in their private garden: Creed and Eja.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
