Though I live close by in Cary, I needed a quiet retreat to finish writing my book and Barbara's place was perfect! Thoughtful touches throughout the home, incredibly clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to cook as if you were at home, and Barbara's communication was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for everyone as it's great for solo travelers, couples, or families. Make sure you have a sit in the hanging chair in the living room - it's delightful :) Thanks, Barbara!

Sarah and Jesse have a great little place. Nothing fancy, but extremely clean (and I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness). It has comfortable den furniture and beds, and is full of extras. There’s even a yoga mat and some exercise equipment. It’s light and bright inside with plenty of windows during the day, but easy to make it private at night. The location is very convenient with a park and Southern Village nearby, easy access to Chapel Hill proper, and Raleigh is only about 30 min away. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in lots of AirBNBs and this is definitely in the top three. Comfortable, well appointed, quiet, conveniently located. Even the mold traffic noise from a nearby street didn’t interfere with my enjoyment of the hammock in the back yard.

We loved our stay at Susan's place. She was very helpful, very responsive. The home was spotless and the yard was peaceful. The beds were so comfy and being able to park inside the garage kept anyone from parking on the street. Only 20 min to NCSU grad! A great weekend. Thank you Susan!

House was very nice. Quiet and peaceful. Huge master bedroom and updated master bath. Very nice updated kitchen. We had a nice time and would return.

We had a great stay celebrating our daughter's graduation. The home was very comfortable and in a great location. Parking in the rear alley was very convenient and just steps from the rear entry. We would stay here again without hesitation.

For us, this was the best Airbnb we've stayed in. I'm handicapped and this was perfect for us. Easy to get into and move around without a lot of unnecessary space and features. The main bedroom had a nice firm mattress with outlets where we needed them. Slept great. The second bedroom was perfect for our luggage. The bathroom was more than adequate. the walk in shower was just as I needed. On disappointing thing was my fault. From the photos, I thought the shower had a grab bar just like the one I use at home. It turned out to be the handle on the sliding glass door. It was not a problem. My wife loved the flushing valves and options for the toilet. The kitchen was just what we needed for a good breakfast before heading out for the day. We hope to stay here again when we visit our daughter

Michael & Clara were great hosts! They were very responsive, flexible and helpful. The apartment was exactly what was described. I highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few nights! Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
