Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

A beautiful beach house directly on the sea, which is very lovingly furnished with many details. A small beach paradise equipped with everything e.g. surfboards, sandal stuff, coffee, shampoo, spices ...The surf lessons, sunsets right in front of the terrace, beach bars, countless shells, falling asleep overlooking the sea and the sound of the sea... Thank you for this unforgettable time, for the friendly communication and the special souvenir☀️

João’a place is absolutely as advertised. We rented for a month and could stay all year. The view is better than anywhere in town. Perfect location if you like to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable to many beaches. Amenities were great. Not a single thing to complain about. Thanks João, we’ll be back!

Great spot right on the beach, perfect if you’re wanting to be near the surf spot in Baleal. The host was always responsive, accommodated an early check in and even helped us out with extending our stay. Highly recommend!

Youth group trip with accommodation for everyone in the same room, in conviviality, and excellent outdoor space with barbecue, trampoline, hammocks and volleyball, ping pong, ... the host was extremely friendly and attentive and always responded to the requests, even was flexible at the check-in time

This house is vert big, functional and has an amazing view on the ocean with a very quiet neighborhood. Great location walking distance to beaches, restaurants and located in the world surf reserve Ericeira (perfect location to drive to the different beaches) 10 minutes’ drive from Ericeira and only 40 minutes from Lisbon Airport. Communication was very smooth, and they immediately responded to all our questions and made some great recommendations. The house smelt a little damp on arrival but after putting the heat on, it was good. Kitchen and bathroom were very functional, and we had warm water throughout the stay. We recommend this house

Very nice house, in a peaceful area with beautiful ocean view. Great for a change of scenery. A good distance from Sintra, a listed city. The only problem is the weather. It wasn't the best week to soak up the sun and pool, due to cold and rainy weather this week.

So I was supposed to stay at a hotel 50m away for a work trip and they ended up being completely sold out when I tried to book a few months out. I decided to stay here instead and I have to say this place has amazing value for where you are. You’re right an across from the beach and the main floor of the building has a surf shop. There are many restaurants nearby and if you want to cook instead it’s fully equipped. The apartment is spacious and is very nice to work in as well. Goncalo is very responsive and was keeping me up to date on all matters. Very friendly and I will likely stay here again if I come for more work!

We had a great stay at this property. The host is really lovely and communicates to make check in and check out as easy as possible. The area is lovely however not much going on in terms of restaurants and bars so would definitely recommend having a car. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the house. Was a great stay and would recommend.

Very pleasant house for a larger family with children and lots of sports equipment. Spacious with facilities to accomodate all needs - storage, cleaning, drying, cooking, relaxing. Clean and cleaned at no additional cost in the middle of the stay. Very nice host who remembers and fulfills promises and cares of guests´well-being even if requests beyond standard - in our case need for softer mattress due to back problems. Very quick and easy communication. ***** for the place and one more extra * for Rogerio :-)

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

We had a great, restful time at Lurdes despite rainy weather. We were very warmly welcomed and provided with great sightseeing and restaurant tips. Elisabeth was always available for us and very quick to respond. The ocean view from the deck is amazing! The nearby beach (we would recommend a car) has great bars and clear water. The house is clean and as pictured. Thank You!

Great place to stay, just 15 minutes walk from Guincho beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Petter is very helpful. We arrived very late due to flight cancellation and delay and were still able to check in easily. We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, close to beaches and local shops. Pleasant sunny terrace. Beatriz is very responsive and takes care of her guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s so much. It was beautiful, very clean, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. She even left us a delicious treat in Halloween! She was extremely responsive and always helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook proper meals and then some. Would absolutely come back.

Amazing spacious house close to the ocean & the city center. The kitchen is super well equipped and João & Andreia are super nice hosts, who even provided us late check-out, so we could take a shower after our surf on the checkout-day. I really recommend this place.

This is a magical place, meticulously cared for in every detail. We greatly appreciated the vegetable garden, the big outdoor space with the scents of spices and many nice activities for kids, the hot tub, the herbal tea made with garden herbs upon our arrival and the beautiful collection of children's books. Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

Fantastic little accommodation a stones throw from one of the nicest beaches in the world. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxing and bbq’ing. There is a very handy outdoor shower perfect for cleaning the sand away after the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. You can buy fresh fish straight off the boats on the beach as they return from sea. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from a string of lovely beach bars and local restaurants. Overall, highly recommended for a retreat to this beautiful fishing village for a few days of glorious beach’s, breathtaking sunsets, and delish fresh seafood! Finally, the hosts were very responsive and made everything very seamless. Thank you!
