Monthly Rentals in Casale Zappulla

Very cosy flat in the heart of Modica. It is near to the main street, full of restaurants and chocolate shops. Giorgia is very nice, responsive and helpful lady. It was a pleasure to be her guests.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at Giorgia's and in Scicli. We fell in love with this Baroque City, enjoyed Giorgia's thoughtfully chosen recommendations, and felt right at home. Our hosts were kind and lovely people and we would definitely stay here again!!

beautiful tranquil place, ideal for dog owners as there is ample outdoor space which is gated. squeaky clean place, gave us a nice welcoming pack and a beautiful souvenir to remember the place. we loved it. fully equipped kitchen. very responsive and friendly host. amazing 😍 highly recommend

Pietro's place was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable and it had everything you needed. It is in the old town of Modica, and it is just delightful - very beautiful surroundings and within walking distance of everything. It is on the ground floor and felt very safe and secure and the wifi was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower great, with lots of hot water. Pietro was very responsive and when I had a small issue his wife came around within minutes and sorted it for me. He also gave me a couple of really good recommendations for local restaurants. I would love to stay again, for longer the next time and see more of Modica.
