Everything as described, clean, comfortable and equipped for anything you need. Luca is very kind, helpful, very nice and prepared for every request. We'll definitely be back!

Accommodation a little off-center from the center of Pavia, a few hundred meters from residential areas, but very quiet in return, and still possibility to do some shopping on foot at the convenience store (only 500m away) or even the supermarket 800m away. Kitchen a little small, but very spacious rooms with a large double bed (160 or 180 cm wide I did not measure) very comfortable. Lots of storage also in bedrooms. Luisa the owner was adorable and offered us tasty cupcakes made near Pavia for our departure. She really wants people to feel good in the rental and is very thoughtful, it's a pleasure. Although she speaks mostly Italian, we managed to understand each other. Thanks to her!
