The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The recently renovated, welcoming and bright accommodation, of about 90 square meters, is located in the Caldura district 1 Km from the urban center of Cefalù. L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. È necessaria l’auto per arrivare.

This beautiful appartment Flavia is located in historic centre of Cefalù. It's 2 walking minutes away from Duomo and 3 minutes from the Lungomare beach. The appartment is located on the second floor of an antique building. It has a very broad living room with very high decorated ceiling, a small kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. You'll also have a small balcony for an open air retreat. This appartment is perfect for a couple retreat or for a small family.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
