World class bouldering is only 5 minutes away at Castle Hill scenic reserve, or if you are wanting something a little more mellow then a walk around these same boulders will have you in awe. Castle Hill Studio

Castle Hill Studio has everything you need after a day exploring the nearby Ski fields, Craigieburn trails, Cave Stream, and Kura Tawhiti Rocks from your doorstep. Spacious, fully serviced, basement studio with its own private entry, with secure bike or ski storage by arrangement. A Black Diamond Mondo boulderign mat is available for our Bouldering guests to hire. While the studio is spacious, it is best suited to 2 people/ 1 couple. Young children can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Just 6 km from Oxford, 18 mins from SH 73 and 50 mins from ChCh Airport, this cottage offers a serene retreat. Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Oxford and a brilliant night-time starscape. Nestled on a large, private farm near the foothills, you can unwind in peace and enjoy the company of some adorable animal visitors. So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. Set on 15 acres of private land, Hurunui Jacks has the Nest and a glamping tent nestled in beautiful West Coast native bush. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

The house has character styling, featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed hand planed hardwood beams. The spacious living spaces are flooded with natural light and fabulous views. The home offers 3 double bedrooms and a large bunk room. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a clawfoot bath, shower, separate toilet and vanity the other with a shower and toilet. Making the house ideal for family groups. The bunk room and lounge each have a TV.
