Super clean place for an Airbnb that allows pets. House feels so homey and everything you need is supplied in the house . Had a great time and enjoyed this home a lot.

Fiona's place was just as described and pictured. Her lovely place had all that you needed and more, for a very comfortable stay! Fiona went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for our little family get together; while my son took part in the Ballarat marathon and this Nanny looked after her precious granddaughter. Very quiet location, easy walking distance to local shops and quick easy drive into the town. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Thanks Fiona 😊🌺🌼

Lan's place was fantastic! It was clean, tidy, and located in a great area. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable, even during a muggy Melbourne weekend.

Great place to stay. Plenty of off street parking, 2 in garage and space for two under carport, And an extra in the driveway. Driveway kerb is shallow, so great for Hotrods. All clean and ready to go. Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Hot water, Heater and Cooler all good. Would stay again if traveling to Bendigo.

Lynne and Ray met us at the property with the key and showed us around.Nice and spacious with lovely little touches that we appreciated. Lynne and Ray are really nice people and I would recommend anyone to stay at their property.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Our second stay with Jane, both properties we stayed at were perfect and cosy. Very friendly. The location is amazing, close to the river walk, plenty of restaurants, and bars - we had a lovely time away

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

A quiet well maintained property with charm. Extra blankets plus effective heating and great information for local sites and eating opportunities. Everything you need.

Annie was so nice to deal with, clear communication and met in person, Annie gave recommendations for great places to eat and her place was awesome, very clean and homely. Would definitely stay again.

So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!

Beautiful clean and modern apartment with everything you could need. Great location and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just outside. Really loved my stay as there were a few issues with water and noise but the owners were quick to help and were extremely helpful. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay again one day.

Trish’s apartment is clean, modern, and very comfortable. She thoughtfully provided a generous selection of complimentary tea and coffee, and the bakery downstairs is absolutely fantastic - well worth a visit.

Anthony was very helpful, always happy to recommend restaurants and cafes. Was very responsive. Loved the themed vibe of the place, as others have pointed out road sound is there but not horrible. Right on the tram station perfect for travel into the city

I spent 6 fantastic weeks in Ricardo's apartment. The apartment itself is homely, clean and modern. The building is only a couple of minutes walk to the tram, train and buses. I couldn't recommend it enough! Stay here, you won't regret it.

Fabulous apartment ‘ just as described’ which is important for me as we were staying for 6 weeks. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Great location in an area we know well. Literally 2mins from trams into the city. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage and having two bathrooms was brilliant. We just loved our stay here and would have no hesitation in booking again.
