Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. Across the street is the metro and bus and you will also find all the amenities: supermarket, supermarket, pharmacy, pharmacy, Banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, ... The farm has a concierge service from 8h to 13h and from 17h to 19h from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8h to 13h. Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.
