Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The main house is located nearby and you will have absolute privacy. The property is off-grid with rainwater collection (drinking water provided), solar electricity and satellite internet.
