House vacation rentals in Cedar Rapids

The house was a great fit/layout for our family of four (teen kids), location was convenient, and easy to get to. It is on a main route, but we never felt that there was too much traffic, nor did it ever get loud enough to notice inside. We did have a little maintenance hiccup, but Ethan was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make it right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This cute little 2 bedroom house was exactly what we were looking for so we could enjoy our stay in CR. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, and had easy access to a lovely park with walking trails. The house was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

It was a nice and beautiful place to stay at, nice neighborhood and also nice rooms and bathroom, allows you to realy feel at home

For my family this is an ideal location when visiting our extended family offering all the comforts of home

This four bedroom home is clean, modern, and spacious. It has an open plan on the main floor with access to a nice screened-in porch, and a big family room on the lower level. The bed rooms are large. There is easy access to I-80 or to surface streets for getting to Coralville shops and restaurants. Brandin was great at quickly responding to any questions that I had as we prepared to travel there -- we were attending our daughters wedding. They have most of the kitchen utensils you need for cooking, although it could perhaps use a few more plates and glasses. Overall, a very positive experience.

I will definitely stay here again if he will have me.

This will forever be one of my favorite Airbnbs! Marybeth & Stuart quickly accommodated me after another reservation fell through and it ended up being a blessing in disguise. They’ve put so much thought into making your stay as comfortable as possible from labels on everything to sound machines to crystal clear instructions. The area is friendly & safe, and just a half mile from restaurants & shops. The WiFi is fast & the beds are comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

What a great host! Very welcoming and responsive, even days before our arrival. This was our first AirBNB experience and Lindsay set a pretty high bar. The location was perfect and the home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our large family. Looking forward to our next visit to Cedar Rapids, hoping Linday can host us again. Would definitely stay there again!

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

3rd year anniversary getaway. The home is within walking distance of the cute town. If you are looking for a place with hours of 10AM to 4PM for activities, this place is for you. If are wanting to be out and about until 11-2 am, look elsewhere. Worth the 15 min drive to Riverside winery for a production tour in Marengo- highlight of the trip. cute shops, good food, and a lot of antique shoppes. The host is great. The airbnb was adorably decorated. Check it out.

Very neat and clean. Close to downtown. We enjoyed walking into town yet it was a very quiet location. Definite value!

Loved the tranquil setting at Karen's place. This was a really cute mid century modern style home. My dogs adored the place and it had an amazing fenced in yard with a doggie door so my pets could come and go outside. The kitchen was really cute and the side of town was perfect it was a peaceful neighborhood with charming character. The beds were comfy and I loved cute place.
