La zona notte situata al piano inferiore è composta da un ampia camera matrimoniale con finestra, una piccola camera con lettino singolo comunicante con quella matrimoniale e un bagno/doccia, la zona giorno è al piano superiore, dotata di una cucina arredata, un divanetto e due finestre affaccianti in un cortile antico.

Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.
