House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.

The house has one bedroom with three single beds and a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. There is a summer shower and toilet.
