Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson).
