Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chautauqua Lake

we had a quick little visit as we drove cross country, but Sharon we excellent and the house was perfect for my family and pets. loved the little touches like a kids coloring table and water bottles in the fridge.

Brian’s place is one of our favorite places to stay away from home. This was our second stay and hoping for more. There is a lot of space in the home and the surroundings are beautiful!

Aimee and Steve are great hosts. They are very responsive to every question. Easy check in and checkout process. The house is clean had everything we needed. We stayed here for snowmobiling. This house is a great location for that. It is just off a main trail. You can ride right from the yard to the trail. We had our dogs with us. There was 2 ft. of snow on the ground and the owners shoveled a path to the fenced portion of the yard and also shoveled an area for the dogs inside the fence. Plenty of space for relaxing after a long day of riding. We will be back again!

Lindsey's house was great. Just as described. She answered all of my questions before booking and during our stay. Her instructions were clear and posted so there was no question. The house is in a great location and is easy to find. It's also easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. It worked out perfect for us as we visited our daughter at Mercyhurst University (only 10 minutes from campus). Would definitely rent the house again in the future.

Sherri was helpful and responsive. Place was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Stayed with a toddler and 2 dogs and place was great for both! We all enjoyed the grounds as well, despite the rain. Loved the covered porch!

I can't put into words how beautiful and relaxing this cottage is. The location is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, but is just 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. The house is spotless, well stocked, and insanely comfortable. Our family of 4, plus our doggo, had a fantastic time!

Eduardo's place was exactly as advertised. Eduardo himself was easily reachable and very responsive to my inquiries. I will rent this place again every time it is available when I visit Erie

This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations! The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions, local recommendations, and even some extra touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The bed was super comfy, and we loved relaxing in the cozy living room after a long day. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate – this place is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

We planed a LAST moment trip with our family. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids of multiple ages and we ALL had an amazing time and comfortable stay. We love Bemus point as a location and went and enjoyed walks around town and the sunset. Debbie was an absolute pleasure and a very gracious host. We loved her dog as well and will definitely book here again.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Beautiful cozy home. My kids had a blast with the toys. Beautiful kitchen and great indoor lighting. Cute playground out back that my kids loved. Joelle was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

This place was amazing you guys have put in a lot of work into it. Me and my family camped here for 6 years when I was a kid and coming back brought up so many memories!! Things were the same, but a lot has changed which I love! The owners were super sweet and made sure we had an amazing time! It was so peaceful! THEY ALSO HAVE WIFI!!! I think what you guys have coming in the future will make the place even more interesting/exciting! I can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely beautiful cottage! Came here for a little ladies weekend getaway! Everything was so homey and welcoming! Michelle was wonderful in communication and very flexible! Such a peaceful place. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch which was so nice to have since it was rainy. It still allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the location! Our only thing we would change is we wish we would have stayed another night! Once we got there we didn’t want to leave! Thank you again Michelle!

This beautiful and peaceful home was the perfect location and space for our family Christmas. The interior was country themed and we felt right at home. Doris was attentive and communicative. Will be back again in the summer! Loved it!

We had such a great time celebrating Thanksgiving at Deborah’s place! The house is very cozy and comfortable. We had three adults, two kids 6 and under, and two dogs, and found the space perfect for our needs. The hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. The flexible checking and out is so nice! Loved that we could bring our dogs. We had a great time!

Lastinute reservation and it went flawlessly. The place was so cute. Everything one could need was already there. Definitely stay again.

Bethany's was exactly as listed. if anything it was even nicer than the pictures made it look. It had anything you would need for cooking, a well stocked and spacious bathroom and an overall very cozy feel. i would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the future
