Monthly Rentals in Chelmorton

Just back from our little mini break at Millstone Cottage. What a wonderful few days we have had in this beautiful and very peaceful location. The cottage is much bigger than we expected and it was such a welcoming place to come back to after a days hiking. So cosy and comfortable. We did venture out into the National Park for some of our walks but also took advantage of the numerous public footpaths that fan out from the village, for an evening stroll. We really wanted to make the most of our time here. The local pub is also excellent and the food we had on our last evening was exceptional. Sally is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Plus the homemade biscuits we found were a real treat and came in very handy when we flagged a few times near the end of our walks. Millstone Cottage was a gem of a find and we’d highly recommend staying here.

Lovely cottage right in the middle of the quiet village of Chelmorton. Lots of room to relax with a nice garden outside seating to the rear. Would definitely visit again in future.

Loved staying there. Was peaceful and tranquil. Felt safe. Heating was available if needed. I would definitely like to stay there again it was perfect for my needs.

Lovely little place but big enough for 2 of us and our large dog. As described. Particularly liked the little dog walking area and the local area is just beautiful
