Vacation rentals with a firepit in Chesil Beach

The house was our home for a few days celebrating a 70th birthday. The glorious weather helped but the garden spaces with toys and sports equipment provided was great for young and old. Add in the hot tub, bbq and the ample fire pit for the cool evenings and everyone was happy. The house was spacious for 15 of us, with everything provided to cook up a storm and a games room offering a bit of friendly competition when it was needed. We had a great time.

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

Just wow! we have just come back from 4 fabulous nights away staying at this gem of a place! it was exactly what we had hoped for! Little Staddles is beautiful! From the location to the attention paid to the architecture and decor! And the hot tub and sauna simply the icing on the cake. Lovely weeks in the local area, we did so many steps from the property into Lyme Regis, via the micro brewery a definite must! Claire was a great host, really responsive and even dropped round some tea bags in the evening after we forgot to get some in town! would highly recommend for a peaceful weekend break away from the hustle and bustle!!! we will definitely be going back! thank you for ab awesome time!!!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms, communal and outside areas were perfect…we definitely had the wow factor when we walked through the door! Charlie & Ali were perfect hosts and very welcoming. I cannot recommend this property enough and had a great weekend celebrating our 40th birthdays!

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

My parents, my sister and her partner and I had a wonderful stay in Sarah’s house for 4 nights. The views from the front and the top terrace of the garden over looking Lyme Regis and the sea was spectacular. The house is beautiful inside and out and the we had all we needed during our stay including thoughtful extras like milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc on arrival. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

What an amazing place to stay in such a beautiful location! Spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need, and a very generous welcome with a bottle of wine, brownies and local biscuits. We loved everything! The games barn is a real treat, after our days out we couldn't wait to come back to enjoy a few rounds of ping pong before going inside for a cup of tea in front of the log burner. The beds, sofas and chairs were all really comfortable too. Will and Bren are amazing hosts, incredibly kind and thoughtful with lots of brilliant information about things to do and places to eat. There is so much to see and do in and around the area - we loved Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Beaminster, Bridport and Axminster. We loved everything about Lower Park Farm and its beautiful setting plus with lots to see and do un the area we would certainly recommend and very much hope to book a stay here again in the future!

It was a a nice stay there. Everything was very wll maintained.

I went for the Easter long weekend with my mum and friend. Anna is super lovely and made the whole stay great. It was self check in but she was available over message and very responsive. The flat is super clean, comfortable and spacious. We had treatments at Annas salon (massages and facials) and we all agreed they were the best we ever had. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. The novelty of staying on Sandbanks added a unique interest .. we loved it 😊.. Thank you Madeleine, Michelle and Nick for your warm hospitality 😊 x

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

Cat is a great host, she was really helpful, attentive, kind and relaxed. The Annexe is a lovely place to stay, ideal for short stops. Thank you again, Cat. 🙂

Ecolodge was incredibly comfortable, spacious and private. I felt right at home and relaxed staying there. The provisions were generous (a loaf of bread, eggs, homemade jam as well as coffee, tea etc and much more). Also there were tons of apples in the trees in the orchard which I was allowed to pick! Namee was great at communicating and responding to my emails. One thing is that the lodge is 2 miles from Trull and you need to drive to get anywhere - not a big deal for me, but something to be aware of. Overall I would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you Ruth. We had a lovely short stay. It worked brilliantly for us. After a long and wet walk at Lulworth Cove we took advantage of the lovely warm fire. Relaxed and watched a movie. Great memories.

We absolutely can not wait to come back! The place was beautiful, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen…Hot tub is perfect. Great games room. Accommodation was not only pristinely clean but absolutely beautiful as well.

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

We wanted a peaceful and comfortable place for a New Years reunion for 5 lifelong friends. We're of an age where warmth and convenience are our goals, and this large, well-appointed and unusual log cabin gave us all these. In the summer, NOATAC would be ideal for those who want the great outdoors, perhaps a younger generation than us, as there is a large garden and decked area. But we still enjoyed a walk or two, even if it was mid-winter! Thanks, Matthew, for a most enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mag’s place. Right from the start Mags was helpful and communicative. Mag’s went out of her way to be accommodating. The Cabin was very well appointed, better and more spacious than we hoped for. So relaxing. Worth noting The Cabin has a mini oven (which is really great) not microwave. We only mention that because we had brought dinner with us to stick in the microwave but dishes, pots, pans and everything you need provided so all good. Everything was clean and The Cabin had some lovely little touches to make a special relaxing time. The Cabin shares the same orchard area as a bigger cabin (albeit the cabins are angled in a way you can’t see each other). The Cabin is conveniently located between Somerton with lovely cafes and restaurants and Street for the outlet centre then on to wacky Glastonbury and stunning Wells. We loved staying at Mag’s. Would highly recommend it.

what a lovely stay! Great communication throughout from Amy, making us feel very welcome. Hunters Barn was exactly as we thought it would be, in a lovely setting with friendly animals. And beautiful inside. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amy's little touches were a lovely surprise too, and the box of toys left out for our son to play with was another added bonus and very appreciated. Pleasure staying here.

Me, my wife and our little dog have had the most relaxing of breaks at Birch lodge. in addition we have not felt as comfortable as we did at a rental accommodation in many a year. Peace, space, time and comfort... what more could we ask for. 10/10!

An amazing, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. The huge fenced area was perfect for our dog and he loved having the space to run around. We loved it, it was just what we needed. Thank you Mike!

We had a couple of nights at Sue's lodge. it was very cosy and comfortable . The surroundings were peaceful and quiet with just the horses in the fields. Lyme Regis and other seaside towns were close by and lovely to visit.

Absolutely gorgeous property hidden away in the woodland. The photos do not do it justice, it is much larger than the photos make and super cosy ! The cabin is a short walk from where you will park 5-10 minutes but the walk is lovely and very easy to find. The host was really helpful and replied very fast to any questions and queries. We will be looking to book again in the next year. The photos do not do the property justice !
