Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Beautiful place; clean, well-equipped, comfortable, gorgeous garden, reasonable price. Location was gorgeous, just off the lovely River Lim path. I don’t have a car and you don’t need one here but, if you were a couple with a car, this place would be an absolute bargain. I loved it. I

The apartment was well located and had all amenities. From our arrival to leaving, everything was available within the apartment, which was clean, comfortable and perfect for a long weekend. The area is well located, close to the sea and the nice town on Bidport, with a nice local market on the Saturday morning (worth a walk - around 30 minutes). Travelled to Weymouth but we recommend the 53 bus for the views along the cliff.. amazing and worth the ride just for this view (take the upper level if a double-decker). We'll be back, just for the location and the people. :-)

I lived in Swanage and owned a property there in the mid 80’s and I have been a regular visitor in the years since I left. I can say in all honesty that Sebastian’s place is my new favourite place to stay in Swanage. Location, views, character, contents and a great bed with top notch bed linen - all very impressive, We look forward very much to another stay

I have just spent a couple of nights at Emily's place with my daughter. The flat is really lovely. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, stylish, and homely. Lots of thought has clearly gone in to make it a comfortable place to stay. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable. Good quality kitchen wear, bathroom, and TV make for a luxurious feel. The location is very central, with the added bonus of parking. Luke & Emily we're very communicative and very kindly allowed us to check-in early. Super hosts and highly recommendable place to stay.

A perfect last minute getaway for new year tranquillity. Although the weather wasn't the best we got out still and we would definitely love to return spring/summer time as the waters /surrounding the property would be so beautiful I'm sure if it wasn't already. The bed was super comfy. The space was ideal and enough to feel comfort for our visit. Thanks for the friendly welcome... Relaxed Gestures and fresh bread too.

This flat provided us with a perfect base for our walking holiday in Dorset. West Bay was a delight, lots of places to eat delicious seafood, and excellent breakfasts. We were there outside main holiday times and imagine it will get much busier. Flat was up 48 stairs, which kept us fit, but delightful clean modern space & we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

Perfect location if you want access to all the local walks and right on the beach, Lovely clean and tidy equipped with everything we needed, ideal for family’s with young children, single beds a bit small for adults, but I managed for a few nights, local pub does great Sunday roast Staff in the cafe and hotel very welcoming and helpfuli would recommend and will visit again in the future Thankyou Peter & Francis

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

Maxine is a great host with a charming place to stay. It was a great find and perfect for our needs. Spacious with everything we needed for us and our dogs, Maxine had thought of everything. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone else.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay. The Annexe had everything we needed, was cosy and very comfortable as well as being well located for all amenities and speedy access to the coastal path. Communication from Debbie and Derek was superb and they were on hand when we arrived to explain anything that we didn't understand, they also provided local information and bus timetables. Couldn't ask for better hosts.

The Cottage is full of character, cosy and in a quiet location, the local shop is nearby, the pebble beach and Cafe nearby. The Bus service is every 10 minutes to anywhere. Lovely Sea view from the Roof Terrace.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

A great host. Fabulous area for exploring the incredible coastline

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. The location was unbeatable, with stunning sea views and plenty of great restaurants and things to do right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Martin was an exceptional host, very helpful and accommodating; he even offered us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The only minor downside was that in the morning, we could hear the café below as it prepared to open, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
