The house matches the photos, very nice and nice. Wide kitchen and lots of utensils. We celebrated my niece's birthday and everything was perfect, camilo and sebastian were very friendly and flexible with the schedule. Recommended the house, spacious its rooms and we felt right at home.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

It was an excellent experience staying at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We travel as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! The check-in and check-out was very flexible, which we appreciated and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. Peaceful and away from busy Santiago but close to airport

The accommodation was requested for only one night and 100% met my expectations. I was looking for a safe, comfortable, clean and quiet place, the place was excellent and Felipe a great host, from before arriving he communicated with me and helped me at all times, he provided me with videos and clear directions when checking in and until the day of my departure we kept in touch. A very pleasant experience, we will definitely be back :)

Everything is fine since we arrived, until we left, eyleen was kind in letting me prepare some things for a surprise birthday before check-in, as did her caretaker Mrs. Judith (if I'm not mistaken) since I arrived and she welcomed me, everything as in the photos, very tidy and clean, very friendly, an excellent place to disconnect and relax, easy to locate, steps from the main road and a locomotive location, I would definitely go again.

Carolina's place was great. It was walkable to a subway and provided a parking spot for our car. It was a just a little tricky to find the parking garage, and you have to buzz in and out of it, but the concierges at the apartment complex were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Santiago!

It's an excellent Airbnb and Xime and Bruno make great hosts. The apartment is extremely well located: one block from the bus stop, which allows for mobility. The neighborhood is beautiful, and safe, near the Aguilucho and around the corner from the Catholic University's Oriente Campus. The building is very safe, with a doorman and several security features. The apartment is ideal for long stays and for 2-3 people. We went as a family (husband and 5-year-old daughter), for almost a month and it worked out perfectly for us: a double bed and sofa bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped: coffee maker, oven, fridge. It also has a washing machine and a laundry area. Good connectivity and excellent services. And to top it off, Luisa, the person in charge of the cleaning, is a ray of sunshine :). Every week she left the place spotless. Communication was continuous and always in the best disposition to make our stay more comfortable and simple :) Thank you very much for our little nest in Chile :)

Depto super well located, ideal for people who have concerts at the Movistar Arena, steps from a metro station, pharmacy and local businesses nearby. It has all the comforts, clean and neat place. I would recommend adding a hairdryer. Nice building staff.
