This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Newly built modern 550 square foot 2 story little house. Full kitchen and bath with full size appliances. House is at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. A cot or air mattress can also be provided if there are more than two guests. Pets are welcome too, just let me know you'll be bringing them in your booking message.
