Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. Recently renovated, this is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a full size futon with bedding in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

“We stayed in JC so we could cycle the creeper and new river trails. Coming back to the cottage after being tired was so relaxing. We grilled, ate on the deck, and loved the beautiful back yard. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Definitely recommend!”
