Chunshim: Main house private accommodation

Chunshim is located in Hyoja-dong in the middle of downtown Chuncheon. It's up on the hill, so it can be hard to get in. It's 1.5km from Namchuncheon Station It is located in a convenient place to go anywhere. I believe in the power of travel. Cheers to your healing. May your memories in Chunshim be warm for a long time! You can use the main house building privately, which includes all the indoor areas shown in the photo (Room 3, Bathroom 3, Kitchen, Dining Room, Sunroom) and one rooftop, hut, and small lawn. However, there is another building outside the main building inside the gate, so there are other guests with a yard. It is separated from the main building by a wooden fence. 1. Please book according to the number of people. Access is not allowed outside of the reserved number of people, and even if you make a short stop, please ask for consent in advance. # # CCTV (4 units) is being filmed in the entrance and common areas. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please use the bedroom and bathroom according to the number of people. Please let us know in advance if you need to sleep♡♡♡ separately and if you need extra bedding. Adding bedding on the day is not allowed. 2. * It is a residential dense area. Noisy gatherings do not match our accommodation, so please make a reservation carefully. * There is no barbecue. Available for 8 people. Mixed due to noise issues. Available for up to 2 friends (However, you can use it carefully) (Arane Rooftop). All spaces are private (4th floor ,5th floor, rooftop) When booking for 2 people, only the small room on the 4th floor out of a total of 3 rooms is not available. I'm a native host raising a child in Chuncheon. I want to provide a memorable place for people traveling to Chuncheon, and I decorated the accommodation with a private cafe and camping concept for families who can't travel and are only at home. @ Etiquette is a really quiet downtown residential area ~ Occasionally, if you think you will have a drink party until late at night and early in the morning, you will be harmed by the surrounding residents. Reservations are not possible. Please pay attention to noise when using the rooftop barbecue . This is a private accommodation that only one team can use. Use the entire rooftop on the 4th and 5th floors of the accommodation. (2 rooms, living room, kitchen, toilet on the 4th floor) (1 room, rooftop, toilet on the 5th floor) All electronics and accessories are newly prepared. There is a free parking space in the building and a vacant lot right next to it.

Chunwol is an accommodation where Chunsim, a cat host, lives together! Reservation is not possible, so if you make a reservation on your behalf, please contact us before making a reservation!! This place is very vulnerable to noise. There are frequent complaints of noise after 10pm. For guests who are planning to party or drink and dance, please think about it again before making a reservation. A warm living room with TV and sofa and two rooms each with a queen size bed. The kitchen for simple cooking is equipped with simple tableware and cooking utensils. (Cooking grilled foods, stir-fried foods, maeuntang, and crustaceans with a lot of oil is not allowed_Please check the accommodation rules.) Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation building. If you smoke, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW, so please be careful when smoking:) Admission time of the house is 3pm and departure time is 11am!
