Wenn du dich nicht selber an den Herd stellen magst, findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustür und Umgebung. Das Angebot für Freizeitaktivitäten ist gross und vielfältig. Am besten reist du mit dem Zug an, der Fussweg beträgt 10min. Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe ist kostenpflichtig.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The cozy attic apartment with 3 1/2 rooms is surrounded by forest with views of the beautiful Bündnerberge. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, close to the edge of the forest....whether biking, hiking or tobogganing...the Lenzerheide/Churwalden holiday region offers everything for a relaxing vacation, or a few days to linger...(July only bookable for 7 days)

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
