Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

The Apartment is located near Silvaplanasee and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and a famous spot for Kite Surfing! The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away. The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

Baita Palma is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends who love to be in the midst of nature, without depriving themselves of the town's "nightlife." In fact, our apartment, completely renovated in the summer of 2020, is located a few steps from the center while remaining in a quiet and secluded area from where it will be very easy to access the ski resorts. Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities.
