Beautiful and romantic apartment. Metro at the door. Quality.

The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. I don't allow parties or bottle parties. Perfect cleanliness included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, metro in front ,you will love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people Wifi. Superquipado. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, rent parking for a reasonable price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I reserve the entire weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with pampering, it is an oasis in the middle of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen...
