Secret gem 40 minutes from Calais. Absolutely stunning place. We had the best time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful house that feels like a home, it’s spacious, the garden is great, and so is the jacuzzi. It’s a place to enjoy a slow and simple pace of living, while still having the opportunity to explore. Beautiful kitchen also!

Large cottage quietly located while being close to the coast. Everything is well thought out by the owners to make guests feel good: beautiful decor, 2 living rooms, almost every room has its own bathroom, 4 independent toilets, top bedding, sauna and Swedish bath, equipped and fenced garden, nothing was missing. A few pleasant details caught our attention: welcome with drinks from the area, each sink was equipped with a towel and soap dispenser, the bathrooms had sufficient towel racks and chairs,... ideal for a family stay with small children!

We had a great time at Sophie's, we were 3 couples with 2 small children, the accommodation was perfect, large table to eat together, huge hot tub, comfortable rooms all tastefully decorate with nice Easter touches (decorations and welcome kits). Sophie and her husband were very thoughtful and welcoming Outside: pétanque court, hiking departures and nice walks. The accommodation is very well designed and equipped so that everyone has their own space. Thank you again!

Virginie's place is great, very comfortable, amazing views. The local restaurants and Butchers were fantastic, we did walk back one night which I probably wouldn't recommend in the dark!! The hot tub, sauna and massage was an excellent way to spend an afternoon. We had a brilliant time and will be back in the summer at some point

Charlotte and Nicolas are very kind and spontaneous. We immediately felt at home. The house is very nice and neatly furnished with a spacious bedroom and spacious living room. The surroundings are very very quiet and easily contactable. There are various hiking and cycling possibilities. There are also a lot of nice restaurants in the area, including in Bethune ! We got a lot of information about this. It's highly recommended to stay with Charlotte and Nicolas!

Agnès and Patrick are lovely hosts, you feel at home at their place, the cottage is a cocoon in the countryside, very well equipped, perfectly located to discover the beautiful Opal Coast. Recommendation 5*, to be repeated without hesitation France and François

Virginie’s place near Montreuil-sur-Mer is an absolute treasure. You can really feel the love that they have for the house and the place truly felt like a home away from home. The setting is very private, with a beautifully large gated garden, perfect for dogs. You’ll find great restaurants, bakeries and butchers within walking distance. And the little town has some very nice hiking trails.

The house is quietly located and out of the wind. Equipment is complete and the beds sleep wonderfully. For walks and the beach, everything is close by car. There is a nice local restaurant just around the corner. We like to come to this area and with this beautiful house of Charlotte it is completely complete.

The house was really picobello clean. Francoise personally welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. From the house it is a stone's throw to the beach. We found good space in the house with 7 people and had a very nice Easter weekend with our three (big) children, the friend of the daughter and the dog who loved running and romping on the beach. In addition to the beach, you can also take very beautiful walks. For us, it was perfect for our small family trip. Thank you so much, Francoise!

Lovely peaceful stay in the French countryside. The property has everything that you could need and was super clean when we arrived. Very quiet at night and lots of stars. We loved our stay and hope to be back some day.

Had a very nice stay. Beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Given the nice weather, we felt like BBQing and the BBQ was made available with pleasure. Very nice region to take nice walks. Recommended!

We booked l the apartment for a few days as a base for our planned visits. For us, it was perfection. A very charming peaceful retreat to relax after busy days. We were warm and cosy in this homely environment. All facilities are as described or better. Isabelle is a perfect host and easy to contact when needed. We're happy to recommend Du Chateau De l'Afgand. There are some Lovely small towns, villages and places to visit, including Spycker, Bergues, Dunkerque and Ardres.

A wonderful experience at Air B'n 'B. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and made cooking in time a pleasure. Anne is also a great host who always responded quickly and is extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a great time in Lydie's place. The house is comfortable and well equipped and the large beautiful garden is a pleasure. It is situated on a small road with almost no traffic and has a wonderful view over the fields and forrest. The coast and nice cities are well within 30 minutes driving. Lydie is a very friendly host and we would love to stay here again.
