In July of 2018, new construction began on the Clemson Carriage House and it was completed in January of 2019. This private, stand alone house sleeps 5 and there is another new listing called the Clemson Studio Retreat which is a 4 person adult studio if you have friends that want privacy and a separate kitchen and laundry. The house looks out on the woods as the pictures indicate and is a great alternative to hotels. There is more privacy and less price ! Parking available for RVs and boats.

Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.
