We have stayed at Laruel's place twice and both times its been a great experience and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

This stay was awesome! we spent the weekend in Madison and this was the perfect place the wind down after being out and about. The temperature dropped a bit lower than expected but Scott proactively came over to fire up the boiler. The property was beautiful and it was fun arriving and leaving through the creek. We didn't spend much time in the yard but there appeared to be a nice fire pit with furniture near by. overall we had a great time, the only "heads up" I can give is the uneven floor in the cabin. based on the nature of log cabin there are multiple individual floor boards and there are a few that vary in heights. while we had no issues I could see small children or older adults having some troubles.

Very clean and comfortable space. Easy walk to things on the campus. Coffee maker ready and stocked was a plus.

Our apartment was wonderful. Host and owner were helpful. My husband said he wished there was a recliner in the living room. He also would have liked to have access to major TV channels so he could watch March Madness. Myself I was fine. It was cozy and welcoming. I would love to stay there again.
