Locality "Les chataigniers" at No. 2

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, private shower room. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Vacation home near the beach – 6 people

500 meters from the coast and close to the city center, this new construction can accommodate up to 6 people. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine, a living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. Fully equipped, it also has a private terrace equipped with an electric grill. Brétignolles-sur-Mer is a family-friendly seaside resort ideally located between Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables-d'Olonne.

In Saint-Réverend, a 40 m² single-storey cottage adjoining 2 other small cottages, completely independent and very quiet, can accommodate 2 people, not overlooked, with independent terrace and access to the garden of the estate in a green setting (5700 m2 of wooded and flowery land bordered by a stream). Direct access to the bike path towards the coast. The seaside resort of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, with its harbor, promenade and beaches is a 10-minute drive.

Your stay will take place in this 170 m2 house. In addition to its 4 bedrooms all with closets, the living room (its PS3), the veranda and the fully equipped kitchen, will allow you to meet with family or friends. The reading corner, with games and books for all ages, will delight young and old. An outbuilding stores the 5 bikes and the scooter, outdoor games as well as the barbecue, you can store your surfboards,... You're all set for your stay😊
