The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment. Small rustic cabin on Factory Creek. Nice gravel beach on the banks of Factory Creek. Cabin has fiber high speed internet. Workspace has a small desk with two 27in monitors and a docking station. Two smart TVs, 55in on the inside and a 40in in the outside screened in porch. Propane grill downstairs. Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.
