We are two families and we stayed 2 nights in Davide's house. It was convenient for the children to have the garden, we always ate outside. But house also inside is spacious and fully equipped. Convenient location for Bergamo Leoland Lake Iseo. I highly recommend it

Best View on Como Lake, wonderful full glass window, Private garden with view, very well designed Home with two floors with wonderful living area and full equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is perfect for couples and honeymoon and people who love relaxing and stunning views and Nature. I advise to have small luggage because there are much stairs until you reach home but you will forget its tiredness once you enter this lovely home. If you love nature like me you can handle some few ants and insects specially that Stefano provides some tools trying to keep it out home…. Thank you Stefano for hospitality and fast communication

Mario welcomed us with arms open to his beautiful home! The house was beautiful as in the pictures, very quiet. Mario helped us with anything we needed at any time. We felt very at home! We recommend to anyone who wants to have a peaceful home in a beautiful place with an amazing host to come to mario’s home. It is also close by driving to a big supermarket and to all the attractions this area has to offer. We definitely will be back again!!

Unparalleled views of the lake! A short uphill walk from the Como waterfront, easily manageable and a good way to work off some of the calories from the amazing food in town. The complex has a lift but there are still a lot of stairs to negotiate to get up to the front door of the home itself, and then again inside the home (not complaining, it’s an insignificant price to pay for the spectacular scenery at the top!!). A peaceful and comfortable home, we loved our stay there.

Daniel was very responsive and clear from the start. Although the villa wasn’t perfectly clean on arrival, we vacuumed the place, and he quickly refunded us. At checkout, he even sent someone to help with our heavy luggage, which we really appreciated. The view was spectacular; we barely left the house during our stay. It’s spacious enough for 11 people to gather comfortably around the dining table or in the living room. The bedrooms were large, and the lower level includes a pool and a gym. The only challenge was finding the place — it’s a bit tucked away from the road, and the path leading up to the house looks like an old cobblestone walkway, not a proper road. We also experienced a delayed response when we needed an extra set of bed linens for guests sharing a double bed — unfortunately, we didn’t receive it until the following day. Otherwise, we highly recommend hiring a private chef during your stay! We used Roberta from Domestic Academy Como, who arranged both meals and a cooking class for us — and it was amazing. There are also several charming restaurants in the center of Canzo that are worth visiting.

We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.
