Great quiet area with areas to go for a walk in the woods. The hot tub was a great addition. Wonderful stay.

Gramma Rikki has a beautiful home nestled privately in the trees. She has simply thought of everything to make the house accommodating from providing games to having the kitchen stocked with spices and other cooking amenities. The home was even more vast in person than in photos and was cozy and inviting. We hope to come back again when the weather is warmer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Perfect vacation home for bigger families!

This is a very comfortable, well-maintained condo that has just about everything that you’d need for a longer stay. It is well-located in the village of Sooke, and we were able to walk to Wild Mountain restaurant, which we highly recommend. There is lots to do in the local area, from Sooke Potholes and the Sooke Regional Museum, to lunch at Sooke Harbour House. While at Sooke Potholes we were lucky enough to see salmon swimming upstream to spawn, just a magical site! We had a wonderful time, and would stay at Rick’s again on a return visit.

this place is a sanctuary! i felt comfortable and had a very calm stay. jackie was such a good host! and her place shows her wonderful taste.

What can I say about this place….its stunning!! This beautiful Victorian home sits on a huge, beautifully landscaped lot. Everything was spectacular! We enjoyed playing bocce ball, seeing the mini horses; Guinevere & Lancelot, and of course Juno!! Such a lovely dog, and welcome wagon mascot. Thank you for everything Wendy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful, tranquil location and lovely home. DM is a very attentive host, almost like a mom :) There were a lot of thoughtfully tailored touches that welcomed us and made us feel at home, including some really lovely breakfasts. It made for a very nice, cozy getaway with a lot of nice perks - massage table, firepit, and a super comfortable hot tub. if you're looking to be charmed by East Sooke, this is a fantastic place for it!

Beautiful location, spectacular views of the sunset. High quality, comfortable furniture. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our time here. For anyone who has not previously been to San Juan Island, you should be aware that there is very little commercial space outside of Friday Harbor proper so it is a 15 minute drive minimum to any grocery store, convenience store, restaurant etc.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful treehouse! Surrounded by nature, it offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The space was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The large windows let in plenty of light, and the deck was perfect for relaxing. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to escape and unwind in nature. I can’t wait to return!

It was a beautiful stay and great for our family. We hosted our babies 1 st birthday party and the space was perfect. The tressel is a quick walk and the kids all enjoyed the views. We can not wait to stay again!

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay ever! The views are insanely beautiful..it was honestly mind blowing! Sunny and Aparna went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. They were the most friendly and helpful hosts we have encountered. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. We very strongly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage!

The views were breathtakingly beautiful. There were many hikes within an hour of the house. We watched Freddy and Eddie the resident bald eagles perch in the trees just at the edge if the yard. We spent a day up at Sombrio Beach and watched blue whales play in the bay and we hiked to the secret water fall. We also hiked to Mystic beach and enjoyed waterfalls and caves there. The quaint town of Sooke was a great place to hang out on the only day it rained all day. Stoked Pizza and brewry was a treat after hiking and so was the hottub. Everyone here was delightful. Thank you.

A perfectly positioned cabin on the lake with all the amenities one might desire. The hot tub was perfect for our cold wet weekend. The host were always quick to help and make our stay the best.

Our stay was wonderful. Great view of the cove from the kitchen, bedroom, patio and deck. Ten minute drive to several gorgeous hikes. The hot tub with a view was a big bonus. Hostess was very responsive. This quiet relaxing get away was just what we needed.
