Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within the City of Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (*See Other details to note at the end of our description.) A beautiful studio and patio with it's own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Welcome to Barb's By the Lake. Large, bright self contained one bedroom lower suite. Private patio door entrance. Rustic, quiet location. Across the street from pristine Florence Lake. Two minute drive to Costco. Loads of shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, walking trails and 5 minutes to the highway so it's quick to head downtown or up island. I put a lot of love into making my suite comfortable and cozy including hand painted furniture and bathroom floor. Really comfy bed too.
