We will prepare Italian dishes together, I'm a Personal Chef and I'll be happy to share with you my best recipes. This is not a fixed menu experience, let me know what interests you, and I'll match with the other participants' needs and define which dishes we will prepare, examples (not limited to) are: Pasta, Lasagna, Gnocchi, Ravioli, Risotto, Pesto, Parmigiana, Caponata, Ossobuco, Involtini, Cannoli, Tiramisù, Panna cotta, Zabaione. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, discover how Italian cuisine can accommodate your dietary requirements. Whenever possible, we will use organic ingredients, coming mainly from local farms. As my home is located in the Ticino Natural Park, you will enjoy the beautiful natural environment and we will have lunch in the woods, literally, enjoying food and complimentary beer or wine. Outside my property we will be able to have a walk in the woods trying to spot the different animals that live in there: foxes, hares, dormouses, wild boars, buzzards, cuckoos, woodpickers etc. In case of adverse weather conditions lunch will be held in the living room of my home that has large windows overlooking the woods. I speak Italian, English and French, if guests speak different languages, English will be used. Other things to note bring your camera, your hunger and the willingness of learn how to cook italian dishes, that's all !

You are invited to visit one of the most beautiful lakes of Italy - Lago Maggiore. Just 1 hour with the train from Milan and you are in Stresa. This is relaxed photo shooting is perfect for people traveling along, couples or friends. Our photo shooting will begin near ferry of Stresa, we will go along the lake promenade, then we will continue at the one of the most beautiful hotel and its garden, and after that we will finish with the territory of old villa. DURATION: 1,5-2 hours If this is your first time doing a photoshoot, you don't need to worry. I will help you to find the best poses for the photo. If you have some questions, or you need another timing feel free to contact me. If you need another date, feel free to write me. I will make for you a new appointment. Within 5 days I will send you a link with at least 20 photos. All photos are edited, have high quality and JPEG-format. NOTE: all photos are digital! Please be on time and arrive 10 min earlier before the scheduled time.

IF TRAVELLING WITH MORE THAN 9 PEOPLE let us know to offer an alternative boat. If your date is not available let us know and we will try to find an alternative. We Start in Arona (45mins by train from Milan) at 19.00, passing through Angera where you can enjoy its beautiful castle (Rocca d'Angera). Then go north of the lake admiring the stunning scenery on the lake. Then we go south towards the best point on where to admire the sunset in the Lake, enjoying the stunning colours that the sunset in Lake Maggiore creates (hard to describe the beauty in words so you need to see it for yourself), before returning to our departure point at 21.00 You have the chance to go for a quick swim (optional) at the start of the tour. It is possible to tailor the tour: start in another town, extend the duration of the tour. Contact us in advance to get a quote. Discount available from the 4th person in the same group. If there is a maximum of 3 people and you book a PRIVATE tour you have the option of using our boat as a Boat & Breakfast (included in the price but subject to availability) for 1 night. Please request your will to take the offer when booked. When booking a PRIVATE cruise 1 hour will be added to your tour (so 3 hours total). NOTE that if only 1 people is booked in the tour we will use a smaller boat for the tour to compensate fuel costs and operating in loss.
