Your stay would be in the private 980 sq ft garden level half of my home. (I do live upstairs but your space is private and has a lock). I am very family-friendly and love kids. Great place for business travelers, too. The decor is cozy, warm and earthy. Two TV's w/Direct TV and one Smart TV in bedroom & fast WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, microwave.
