Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani - Island San Giulio, Lake Orta (NO)

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. La Torre Lesa

Torre Lesa is located in the picturesque historic center of the town in an ideal, central and quiet position, a short distance from the lakeside. The two-room apartment is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living room with a equipped kitchen, with access to a portion of the garden for exclusive use; the bedroom and the bathroom are on the upper floor. From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.

A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
