The house is even better than described, spacious, comfortable, with a garden and beautiful terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and swimming pools, to forget about the car! The kids have fun with all the entertainment there! Sebastian is always attentive, any concerns are always answered quickly and very kindly!! It's appreciated!! Excellent place, totally recommended. Super quiet, close to the beach and market that has everything. The house has all the comforts, very spacious and illuminated. My daughters loved it.

The accommodation met all our expectations, the house is as described, a quiet environment and recommended to disconnect, close to the village and 1 hour from Concepción, clean. You have to be careful with the mosquitoes and ants, apart from that everything was excellent!!!! Sebastian is the best receptionist!!!

The view from the apartment is beautiful...the place super quiet and pleasant for walking. It's next to the beach, so it gets more enjoyable. Everything excellent.

We were able to find that at Claudia's apartment. I had everything you need. We just had to bring for our romantic dinner. I recommend Claudia's apartment as a first alternative if you are looking for accommodation in Concepción. An ideal space for two people, private, away from noise and with good connection to different places. For the next getaway we go straight there.
