Recently renovated with local materials and eco-friendly, this "studio" style cottage welcomes you in the beautiful valley of donation, surrounded by nature, farm animals. It has a living room on the ground floor, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find a bedroom suite that can accommodate 4 people to sleep.

Relax in this very quiet accommodation in the countryside. (40 minutes from Rennes and Nantes, and 30 minutes from Redon Chateaubriant as well as the forest of Brocéliande. Barbecue on the terrace: gas or wood according to your desire knowing that at the moment I prefer gas for safety. an above-ground swimming pool of 5 m2 water height 1.10 m on average... at your disposal. Cleaning fees include making the beds, towels, and cleaning. NB: coffee and tea available.

Our colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house. We live upstairs. The studio consists of a living room, a bedroom area with 1 double bed, a kitchenette, an office area and a small bathroom/WC. It opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully; =)

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
