Hello! It was my first location around here and I was extremely satisfied, the apartment is very comfortable and has exactly everything we need. The host always responded very quickly to my doubts, my family loved the outside, the pool that has a very attentive life guard, the ordinance that tbm has 24-hour security makes us more relaxed. I was very happy and on an upcoming visit to Rio, I hope to be able to stay in the same location.

Leonardo is an amazing host, attentive and caring about guests' needs. The apartment accommodates well 3 people, has several cooking utensils, it is airy, a good place to rest between rides or even to stay if you go to work in Rio. The location is great, with everything close and easy access to tourist spots, such as the arch of Lapa, Bonde de Santa Teresa, etc. I loved it and absolutely when I return to Rio I will stay there again.

Thiago's apartment had the perfect location: in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and shops and close to public transport to explore Rio. Walking distance from Lapa and Santa Teresa. It has a super complete kitchen, towels were provided and the bed, sheets and blanket were very comfortable. It has a warm shower with good pressure. Plus everything is very new and very clean. The apartment can be accessed by face recognition and a code, which makes it possible to enter seperately from your roommate, no need to share a key. Lastly, Thiago always responded very quickly which was great! Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Robins place was perfect ! It was the best location. Just a block from the beach and it was super walkable with many restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was also great for a couple especially since there were two bathrooms. The AC was strong and cold and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend and if I’m back in the area I will stay here again. The building feels very safe and secure with 24/7 front desk service. Checkin and out is quick and easy. Just book it!

Very nice place, good location - close to a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Definitely recommend, although bear in mind, there is a lot of noise during the night.

The apartment offers exactly what it promises: a beautiful view. The room for a room/ room is excellent. Sergio always responded quickly to any message we sent. Being on the edge of Lagoa de Freitas, with easy access to Tunnel Rebouças, Humaitá, Copacabana and Ipanema always makes it easy to be in RIo.

The stay in Márcia's apartment was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere is extremely cozy, well-maintained and with an impeccable cleaning pattern. The location, in front of the lagoon, provides a charming scenery and moments of well-being, especially when starting the day with a bike tour of the region. The harmony between comfort and contact with nature makes this space unique. Surely I will return soon.

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

A nice, spacious apartment with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice clean kitchen. There’s a small balcony as well; all very modern and clean. There’s apartment is a nice area near some of my favourite restaurants and bars in Rio; also an excellent place to be situated!

Juarez was an excellent host. The condo had everything I needed for a nearly 2 week-long trip for working remotely. Excellent location, and located by several miles of running trails. Extremely safe area. I would certainly recommend this location.

We loved staying in the apartment - it was like a home from home. Lots of things to do in the near vicinity and Ubers to everywhere else. The house staff made us feel secure and were very welcoming. My wife used the salon on the entry level and was super pleased.

Amazing location and extremely helpful/friendly staff. Price a little expensive but believe due to carnival. Very happy and would stay again.

In all seriousness, there's no better choice for a villa airbnb in Rio. Our group of 7 stayed at Matt's for 10 days over Carnival, and we couldn't have been happier with the house or with Matt himself. from the moment you walk in, you're going to realize you made the right call. it has lots of perfectly distributed rooms for groups, but you're with a group, I recommend you claim the primary suite on the top floor asap... it has a stunning balcony overlooking the beach, mountains, and sunsets. plus it has a bath where you can stare out across the ocean. The kitchen is functional (could use a little update) but every other room in the house is a delight to live in. And the pool/yard is exactly what you see in the photos... stunning. You won't regret booking this house. We were ready to move into it forever.

Elis was extremely flexible and receptive with us. Each had everything he had promised, very nice and tasty. The extremely quiet surroundings, well located, close to beaches and the ferry. You can trust it to be successful!

Beautiful home and hostess, high ceilings and unique space made for a beautiful stay

The house is a dream! The architecture mixes with the nature of the surrounding garden, it is even more beautiful in person. The region, although away from many points of Rio, is of an unparalleled peace and privacy! My friends and I spent 2 days at the house and enjoyed it all! We only miss spices to have a barbecue, nothing that would compromise the experience, but here's the tip for the owner, a little salt of nothing would work for us haha, but again, note 10!

Very cozy space, we are pleased with the accommodation. We thank the Anfritian Danilo and the employee Tati for the impeccable reception, always very helpful and attentive. And we recommend the stay and hopefully return soon.
