Clean townhouse with integrated garage. Stunning views from the terrace and balcony. The beds were made upon arrival. Original equipment in the bathroom and kitchen was available for the first days. Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

We felt comfortable in Umberto's quiet and well-kept apartment. The co-host Silvia is very helpful and available at any time. A special thank you to them. The surroundings offer a lot of beautiful, very practical for different activities. The terrace with the beautiful view of the lake is perfect if you don't want to do anything.

Difficult to access but worth it as the place is well designed, very quiet and private. The outdoor area is very enjoyable. Great place for a quiet stay.

Very clean and well-equipped house with a nice gated garden. Easy access to highways and north lake directions. Recommended

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

the stay was very good. the place was excellent. Carla was very polite and helpfull, we had a great welcome. The house is next to a road so you can hear some cars driving. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Plenty of space: spacious garden, spacious rooms, living space and dining space. Kitchen small but ok. Everything available: a BBQ with charcoal, a washing machine with laundry product, dish soap, scouring pads, towels,... takeaway pizzeria around the corner. We did trips by car, owv too hot and no solid footpath to go to the center, but parking in the center is not expensive. And thank good air conditioning because it was hot :). Also many nice restaurants and nice plunging places nearby.

Very pleasant and clean apartment in a small village 10min from Stresa. You have to be aware that the church bells ring at 7am, but that doesn't bother us. Pleasant local restaurant 100m away. And we were always able to park in the village square, 100m away too. We also enjoyed the garden. Giulia is very responsive when asked a question. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit the lake major region with their car being more quiet than in town. And no worries about parking.

I stayed with my family in Giulio’s house and definitely it is the best airbnb experience that I had so far. The place is CLEAN with everything provided by the host (towels, etc), private, and you have a lot of space with a garden where children can play. I recommend anyone that would like to feel at home near Milan airport (Malpensa) to get there.

Great location, close to restaurants and on the lake. I would come back!
