Cabin vacation rentals in Costa Rica

The house was very spacious, clean and cozy! The service was excellent - as far as cleaning and especially David! Whenever something was needed, David makes it possible. He was always available and quick to help :) The street is sometimes quite present, but the private garden and the views are top! Restaurants / Sodas are in walking distance:)

Great little cabin, super cozy and quiet. It was exactly what we needed. Issac was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Incredible place to stay near Monteverde. The pictures don’t do it justice - this was such a beautiful location and view. A quiet, safe, relaxing spot to watch wildlife off the back deck, or see distant lightning storms as you fall asleep in the comfortable bed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot! Beautiful views

The house is lovely and cozy, and the view is amazing. The road there was rougher than we expected, but nothing too bad. Our second day was somewhat inconvenient, but Lauren kept communication open and solved the problems for us. Still thankful they accommodated us, as it was a last-minute trip.

Stayed 2 months and 10 days at the wooden cabin, and I was genuinely saddened to leave. It was actually hard for me to leave this place. Abel is literally a problem solver. He jumps right in when problems arise to come up with solutions. Enjoy his sense of humor in Spanish, if you can. Spent Xmas dinner with this man and the kindest volunteer at the farm, and I wouldn't trade my end-of-year plans with anyone for anything. It was all perfect as it was. There's a beautiful community living there. Treat yourself to seclusion with a nice, clean, private swimming pool by a short walk to a waterfall and the river. Living here is a gift. Thanks, Brenda, for the humble care of the horses, the plants, and the garden. Thanks, above all, for sharing your property ;) All the best to you all!

Excellent place to get out of the routine, clear and spend time surrounded by nature. It feels a lot of peace and tranquility. Lindisimo place to spend time as a couple or family. Easy to get to and accessible for any vehicle.

This place was cozy and relaxing. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close. it felt like a private resort and the pool was well maintained. welved all the nature and plants around the Casita.

This was by far one of our absolute favorites!! We booked last min for just an overnight visit and was sad to leave. We could have easily spent our entire vacation there. The cabin was spotless, had comfy beds, gorgeous gardens and wildlife all around. Rick was super responsive to all of my questions and even shared some photos of the toucans prior to even arriving. Thank you so much for making my mom’s visit even better than she could have imagined. We can’t wait to come back and visit.

Spectacular, perfect to spend time quietly and away from everything. Easy to get to, the house is very spacious, clean and with everything it said in the descriptions. There is a restaurant and grocery stores nearby. 100% recommended.

Nice place. You can spot animals from the porch. There is no separate bedroom. The shower temperature is difficult to control. Furthermore, we had a great time. Host was helpful and quick to respond

Absolutely recommend this place! Lovely wodden cabin very close to a beach (Playa Ballena) we basically had to ourselves. Fantastic Playa Arco is just a 15 min stroll away. The house has many lovely details and the porch is perfect for escaping the heat in the afternoon. We would definitely repeat if we visit the Uvita area again.

Essencia Lodge is a magnificent place, secluded and wonderfully nestled in nature. There's nothing missing and you relax almost automatically. Super tastefully decorated, it is wonderful to sit by the fireplace or in the hot pool, bathe in the river or just listen to the animals! Thank you Bari! A very special treasure is Miguel, the "caretaker" who impressed us with his warmth and helped us out twice - thank you again, dear Miguel! It is also fantastic that you can be cooked if you don't want to prepare something yourself. It was delicious! Overall really highly recommended for those who love nature!

The cabin is very cozy and clean, the area is beautiful, ideal climate, beautiful landscapes and in general very quiet. Kevin was very kind and attentive in terms of directions, as well as giving us extra time before we left, in order not to rush. Back, recommended.
