We greatly enjoyed our stay in Catalins house. The house is actually better than the pictures and is beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is in a perfect location to walk to all of the sites in beautiful Dinan. Having a private elevator that opens into the apartment only adds to the feeling of a 5 star hotel. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return here again someday.

Very good location, between St Servan and Intra-muros. Sea view from all rooms and direct access to the sandy beach, I recommend it!

Armando and his wife are hosts of a proverbial and extremely helpful kindness. Armando was extremely responsive in resolving any problems and malfunctions that occurred. Armando and family live upstairs but are extremely discreet. The apartment is pristine clean. Impeccable. The comfort of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the other hand is below expectations in this price range. Very nice stay, beautiful terrace, beautiful pool and heated to 30 degrees!

We had the most wonderful time in Dinard! The loft was stunning and very comfortable for the 7 of us. We got to meet the hosts at checkout and they were so friendly. Would recommend!

Superb apartment in Saint-Malo intramuros: a few meters from the beach and everything nearby. A spacious and very well-equipped apartment where you can feel at home away from home. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped for a family stay. Isabelle was very friendly, and gave clear instructions for the entire stay. She was also easily contactable whenever we had any queries, for instance about parking near the premises. All in all a wonderful stay!
