Super cozy apartment well located. For those who go to the HIAE or Morumbi Stadium, it is next door. The only difficulty I encountered was checking in. I arrived at night and had to stay on the street with a suitcase and everything until they found my name to release access to the condominium. The entrance is through the registration of the facial and twice I had problems, both at the entrance to the building and the supermarket that is inside the condominium. Outside these unforeseen events, I highly recommend the location.

Our stay at Paola's apartment was great. The neighborhood is very nice, very quiet, the apartment is very new, well equipped and extremely clean. Check in was very easy. Paola responds very quickly and leaves a charming notebook with tips from the region. I will definitely indicate and I will return.

Great place to stay in an amazing area

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Euler sent all the information making it easy to stay. The Great Apartment, I missed only a garbage bag to organize better, but nothing that has harmed the stay. impeccable building and all the staff very polite. I'll come back more often!

The apartment was very well-located. The bed was comfortable. Giovanni was super-helpful and answered questions very quickly. When we got to the apartment, there was some work being done on the laundry room which made it unusable but Giovanni arranged an alternative very quickly that we were not charged for. A++

Anna was very kind and proactive from the first contact, doing my best to help when I needed flexibility at check-in. The space is very good, sufficient and efficient for those who have an event at Allianz. The place is safe, new, beautiful and well located. Thank you, Anna, for the reception and assistance, when I return to São Paulo I will stay again in this space and recommend it to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in São Paulo! The house was even more lovely in person than in the photos – stylishly decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. The location was fantastic. Communication with the host was seamless and they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting São Paulo!

The house is wonderful and spacious, very safe and easy to access condominium, cleaning note mil, top pool, I didn't miss anything. Very kind and polite Jeferson, every 4 days we had the illustrious visit of marmosets made the children's party. One of the best reservations I've made hope to come back as soon as possible 🙏🏽can make the reservation without fear of being happy🤩

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

The house is delicious , the place is very quiet and great for resting. We hired Bianca housekeeper during our stay and it was great!

I was in the house for 2 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was just wonderful. Beautiful place and clean and very quiet. Since bedrooms, living room and kitchen accommodations, as far as the outdoor area barbecue and swimming pool are of great quality and good taste, I felt at home. Everything is perfect. As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.

I had seen in the reviews many people praising the cleanliness of the place, and that really is something that impresses. My wife has rhinitis and had no smell of mold or dust. The house is very beautiful, just like in the photos. It could have more trees covering the surroundings to give more privacy with the neighbors, but it's pretty quiet. The only thing that was neither in the listing nor in the comments is that dogs cannot enter the pool. We don't catch heat, but it's an important point for our family. Another point is that they leave many warnings, including useful phones such as restaurants, pizzerias, etc., but some are outdated and no longer correspond to commerce, and we were also not told that the condominium's restaurant opens only from 6th to Sunday. But other than that, everything was excellent and we will definitely be back!
