Riverwood Hideaway

This OFF-GRID, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER and LIMITED ELECTRICITY. WE DO HAVE WI-FI. The kitchen has a propane refrigerator and gas oven/stove. Solar power is used for lights and some outlets. Propane fireplace / furnace for heat. The "bathroom" is an outhouse. You bring jugs of drinking water. Hand and dish wash water provided. We supply coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices and firewood.

This is a hunting shack turning into a cabin. No tv or running water. We do provide water and a clean porta potty . There is an organic garden on site for observing. AC. Wood (provided) heat. Cook/Grill (gas or flat top) . Unplug & reconnect on our private dock. Walking distance to a connecting lake! Private cabin!
