It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. Feel free to ask for travel advice or local tips; we're here to help! All dogs welcome.

We are within walking distance of the beach and cliff top walks to the neighbouring beaches. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the flat which can take you to Newquay or Truro City.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches only a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too (1-minute walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre.
