Michelle shepherd's hut and hospitality are outstanding. From fresh cut flowers, pack of biscuits,lovely smelling hand soap, soft towels to fluffy bedlinen and pastel decor everything was perfect. It's not an off grid location but you get a beautiful view on the fields and roof tops of the village and if you lucky you can do some star gazing. Will definitely come back. thank you for hosting us.

We had such a wonderful stay for our mini-moon after getting married in Devon. We had our little boy with us and Jenna had not only provided us with a travel cot but also a bath seat, high chair and even some toys to play with along with a lovely plate to use for him during our stay. When the weather wasn’t on our side she even recommended a local stay and play session that was happening in the area which I thought was so thoughtful. The apartment was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches such as bath salts and candles. Jenna also offered us an earlier check in and later check out which we really appreciated even though we didn’t need them in the end. She was also very helpful and responsive in messages, we always knew she’d be on hand if we needed anything while still giving us our own space and privacy which we were very thankful for. Great location to explore Cornwall while also being close to amenities. Bed is very firm if you need this! Also parking :) Thank you!

We had a fantastic week staying at The Studio and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Jayne and Nick are very friendly and kind hosts. We really appreciated all Jayne’s recommendations for areas to visit and local restaurants. The Studio is bright and the space well planned. We loved the colourful, welcoming decor. Everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The studio is located in beautiful countryside with unbroken views to the front and it is well situated to visit all parts of Cornwall. We loved watching a variety of birds on the feeder. We also appreciated the biscuits, cider and milk that Jayne provided. Thank you for hosting us Jayne and Nick.

The barn was amazing! Had everything you needed. Folder full of info and recommend places to eat/visit! Kept us informed about everything. The barn was ready earlier than check-in time. Had a perfect stay. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
