The Overlook 2- Fantastic views and monthly rates!

This rental only allows 1 dog that does not bark and disturb neighbors. Views are spectacular from this location. This home is half of a duplex right off of highway 135. There is easy access to town and to trails. Most of the home is recently remodeled with new floors throughout, wood burning stove, new deck and covered entryway, new bathroom, new appliances, new lighting, and plenty of parking. Quaint Elk Ave house w shady garden and parking

Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel.
