Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We had a truly lovely time staying at Hilary’s . The flat is exquisite and the sea views are amazing !

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Jacqueline’s place was lovely and well equipped. Communication was great, she answered lots of our questions before arriving and had some good tips for us. Brundall was a good spot to explore The Broads from.

Best so far guys sleep well 😴 good place will be back for work soon x

Karen and Ivor's place is so beautiful and welcoming. They are such lovely people and fantastic hosts. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Ivor showed us round and explained everything. Then we were left to out own devices. There is an Asda 5 minutes walk across the road which is very handy indeed. So got some bits for a fry up the next morning. The place is so clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say. We left the place in the same state that we found it. We even stripped the bed for them as it's what we would do if we were living there. And it's common courtesy. We had our breakfast the next morning and sat under the pagola with the sun beaming on us, which was just perfect and with a lovely view of the garden and chatted to Karen and Ivor as well. Such lovely people. Will deffo be coming back.

Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again! What I loved: • Spacious, well-equipped kitchen • Two-story layout made it feel very open and comfortable • Amazing location • Hosts were super responsive and helpful • Very comfortable beds • Great shower and bath • Comfy sofa and TV setup for relaxing • Modern, stylish design that still felt very homely A couple of things to keep in mind: • There’s a Wetherspoons beer garden behind the bedrooms. It quiets down around 10 PM on weekdays (a bit later on weekends) and gets lively again around 8 AM. Might be worth considering if you’re traveling with young kids or are a light sleeper. • The heating seems to be on a timer, so it can get a bit chilly at times in colder months — just something to be prepared for. Overall, it was a brilliant stay

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

Great place to stay very helpfull host even when I messed up the booking thanks

The accommodation was very easy to find - parking is on street so would be pot luck if you found a space - we were very fortunate & found one opposite the apartment. Our check in was 4pm but Jamie messaged to say we could have access early - from 12:30pm! Bonus! Very much appreciated. Very easy to locate the key box & enter the building. Inside was exactly like the photos. Spotlessly clean everywhere. It was like home from home - everything you could possibly need was there - even a washing machine! The tea, coffee & sugar was a lovely touch too. Bed linen & towels were also provided & again, spotlessly clean. The bathroom - faultless. Toiletries all supplied & once more, was all spotless. There was 4 of us that stayed & we all slept well - was not disturbed by other guests or outside noise. Having an 11am check out was lovely - no rush to get up & out. Jamie was super quick to reply to questions & friendly. Would stay again & would highly recommend.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our weeked away in Great Yarmouth in this lovely Airbnb. It was just like the photos. Lots of communication and useful information from the host really helped us to have a smooth check-in. Comfy bed, really clean, nice showers. They had a cot and highchair waiting for us ready for our 10 month old baby to use. Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach front so we pretty much parked in the designated space and walked wherever we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here, it had everything we needed.

Place is well taken care of and easy to navigate - host was very clear about everything aspect in regards of where to park and local places to visit - would definitely stay again

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Such an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Holt. The pictures don’t do justice of how spacious and beautiful it is! Such a special night away and we will definitely be returning.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
